Dr. Rohit Joshi MS, DNB (Urology), an alumni of renowned IKDRC, has got a vast experience of field of urology as he has served in 3 of the most premier institutes of Asia’s biggest hospital: Civil hospital, IKDRC and Gujarat Cancer Research Institute. A dynamic and progressive urologist as we call him, he has special interest in Urology subspecialties like Endourology, Laser urology, Stone and Prostate Clinic and Laparoscopic Urology. He was the pioneer in developing Laser treatment for Prostate enlargement in Gujarat as he was the youngest to have 100 watt HOLMIUM laser way back in 2011 in pan India. He has been a mentor to many urologists across India for HOLEP, an endoscopic enucleation procedure for age related prostatic enlargement.
He has been on panel for development of National Guidelines on management of BPH (Age Related Prostatic Enlargement). He also has mastered the technique of minimally invasive treatment of stone disease with laser better known as RIRS and/or ECIRS. He has conducted many hands on training courses for laser in urology and is a regular in national and international conferences and workshops as a faculty.
He also has unique entrepreneur skills courtesy him being an MBA from an auspicious institute as WELLINGKAR INSTITUTE. He was instrumental in expanding the network of Aarna Superspeciality Hospital .

Dr.Gaurang Kadam
Dr. Gaurang Kadam M.S., DNB (Urology), again an alumni of IKDRC has successfully performed complex urological surgeries. Dr. Gaurang has a special interest in Uro- laparoscopy, Endo-Urology, Reconstructive Urology and Laser Urology. He is an active member of various associations, namely The Urological Society of India (USI), Ahmedabad Urological Association and Indian Medical Association.
